The Tims Thicket Waste Management Facility is located approximately 15 km south of Mandurah. The Site covers an area of 28 hectares. The Site has been in operation since 1995. The proposal is for the works and operation of a wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) and woodlot reuse scheme for the first three years. This will enable monitoring and evaluation to be undertaken to determine a longer term strategy for development and operation of the scheme.
