Eglinton Beach Proposal (s. 46)

The proposal is for the development of residential, commercial and public open space land uses, a single entrance marina and the management of conservation areas on Lot 5000 and Part Lot 5001 Pipidinny Road and Part Lot 9005 Marmion Ave, Eglinton. Kwinana Freeway Extension, Forrest Road to Thomas Road - Wetland Impact Management

The proposal is to extend the Kwinana Freeway 2x2 lane, dual carriageway from Forrest Road to Thomas Road, with major on and off ramps at Russel/Gibbs Roads, Rowley Road, Hope Valley Road and Thomas Road. Industrial Subdivision of Lots 300-303 and 14 & 15 Beringarra Avenue, Malaga

The proposal is the industrial subdivision of Lots 300-303 and 14 & 15 Beringarra Avenue, Malaga. The lots total an area of 11.6 hectares (ha). The proposal area is bounded by Victoria Road to the north, the proposed Hepburn Avenue extension to the east, Reid Highway to the south and an existing industrial estate to the west. East Clontarf Residential Development

The proposal is for residential development on the East Clontarf site, approximately 18ha in size. The site is bounded by Manning Road, Centenary Avenue and the Canning River. It is zoned Urban in the Metropolitan Region Scheme (MRS) and Residential in the City of South Perth Town Planning Scheme. Campbell Road Estate Super-lot subdivision

The City of Gosnells proposes to amalgamate 23 individual lots within Campbell Estate totalling 49.32ha, then subdivide this into three lots to create: a ‘core’ conservation area incorporating significant high quality wetlands (6.9ha); a ‘buffer’ to the conservation area that will also provide some stormwater management (2.38ha); and a residential development area (34.7ha). Ascot Waters - Proposal to dredge two channels to connect an artificial wetland with the Swan River

The proposal is to dredge two channels to connect the Swan River with an internal artificial water body. Construction of the channel will involve: dredging of one 15m wide, 1 m deep channel through the System 6 area and near shore sandbars at the northern end of the wetland; the excavation of a 55m wide channel to -2.5m AHD, through the southern end of the tip site; plus the dredging of a 320m long, 55m wide navigation channel to -2.5m AHD through river shallows to connect with the main deep... Increase in size of containment cell and changes to removal of drainage outfalls at McCabe St, Mosman Park (s46) [993]

The proposal is to place contaminated materials into an enlarged portion of an engineered containment cell located onsite at McCabe Street in Mosman Park. The proponent wishes to increase the size of the containment cell and to amend the environmental conditions of Ministerial Statement 338 relating to removal of drainage outfalls at the site. Proposal to amend part of System Six boundary M8, lot 2 Snake Swamp, Landsdale

Oxleigh Holdings Pty Ltd proposes to develop part of Lot 2 near the corner of Alexander Drive and Gnangara Road Landsdale for residential purposes. A portion of this Lot known as 'Snake Swamp' was identified in recommendation M8 (Wanneroo Wetlands - Eastern Chain) of the Environmental Protection Authority's System Six report, as being valuable for conservation because of its wetland functions.
