Nammuldi-Silvergrass Expansion Project

The Brockman 2 Detrital Iron Ore Mine (B2 Project) commenced mining operations in 1992 in the central Pilbara region of Western Australia. Hamersley Agriculture Project

The proposal involves establishing an agricultural scheme that comprises a series of irrigated pivot cells for hay production, and will aim to increase productivity and sustainability of pastoral operations in the Pilbara. Dredging Program - Dampier Port Upgrade

The main features of the proposal are to; extend the existing northern and southern berth pockets at the Parker Point wharf and to enable four vessels (two on the north side and two on the south side) to moor alongside the wharf at any one time, although only two vessels can be loaded at any one time; widen and deepen the southern swing basin to provide safe approaches for 220,000 DWT vessels using the southern berths; widen the northern approach route to provide safe navigation for arriving... Dredging Program for the Dampier Port Upgrade

The proposal involves the construction, deepening and extension of shipping channels, a swing basin and berth pockets for the passage and docking of ships by dredging of approximately 3.1 million cubic metres of earth and rock material from the sea bottom. Yandicoogina Iron Ore Mine and Railway East Hamersley Range (s46) [1265]

The currently approved Yandicoogina Iron Ore Mine and Railway (also known as "Yandi (HIY) Project") is located approximately 90 kilometres north west of the town of Newman. This currently approved project involves the construction and operation of: an open cut iron ore mine; facilities to crush and screen ore and convey it to the railloadout facility; and a 90 kilometre rail section which connects the mine to the Central Pilbara Railway. Proposed Brockman No. 2 detrital iron ore mine

The proposal is to mine high-grade detrital iron ore from Hamersley Iron's leases on Mt Brockman station. The deposits lie at the foot of the Brockman massif some 3km from Mt Brockman and 55 km north-west of Tom Price. Ore will be extracted from one pit 1500 metres long by 500 metres wide and up to three smaller pits of about 500 metres by 200 metres.
