The proposal is to extend the Kwinana Freeway 2x2 lane, dual carriageway from Forrest Road to Thomas Road, with major on and off ramps at Russel/Gibbs Roads, Rowley Road, Hope Valley Road and Thomas Road. Expansion of Plantrite Nursery

Plantrite Nursery has applied to the City of Swan for retrospective planning approval for the expansion of its existing 5 hectare (ha) native plant nursery on Lot 88 Bingham Road Bullsbrook (Lot 88). This expansion is proposed to be completed over two stages totalling 10.67 ha; Stage 1 covering 4.76 ha and Stage 2 covering 5.91 ha. Management of water levels in Lake Jualbup

The Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) has received a referral on the proposal to maintain a permanent water body in Lake Jualbup. The proposal is to convert Lake Jualbup into a constructed lake by lining the lake bed with a polymer additive and constructing sloped banks and concrete walls to reduce water loss to the surrounding environment. The proposal is the industrial subdivision of Lots 300-303 and 14 & 15 Beringarra Avenue, Malaga. The lots total an area of 11.6 hectares (ha). The proposal area is bounded by Victoria Road to the north, the proposed Hepburn Avenue extension to the east, Reid Highway to the south and an existing industrial estate to the west. The proposal is to rehabilitate the silica and concrete sand mine pit at Lot 166 Clifton Road, Canning Vale by establishing a golf course and recreation park. Proposal to dredge a portion of the Swan River and foreshore to provide access to private boathousing, Mosman Park

Mrs A MMW Bennett proposes to dredge a portion of the Swan River to provide access for a 25 m long motor boat to an underground private boatshed at Lot 55 Saunders Street Mosman Park. Access to the boatshed would involve cutting a channel through a portion of foreshore land privately owned to High Water Mark but reserved for 'Parks and Recreation'. Ascot Waters - Proposal to dredge two channels to connect an artificial wetland with the Swan River

The proposal is to dredge two channels to connect the Swan River with an internal artificial water body. Construction of the channel will involve: dredging of one 15m wide, 1 m deep channel through the System 6 area and near shore sandbars at the northern end of the wetland; the excavation of a 55m wide channel to -2.5m AHD, through the southern end of the tip site; plus the dredging of a 320m long, 55m wide navigation channel to -2.5m AHD through river shallows to connect with the main deep... Increase in size of containment cell and changes to removal of drainage outfalls at McCabe St, Mosman Park (s46) [993]

The proposal is to place contaminated materials into an enlarged portion of an engineered containment cell located onsite at McCabe Street in Mosman Park. The proponent wishes to increase the size of the containment cell and to amend the environmental conditions of Ministerial Statement 338 relating to removal of drainage outfalls at the site.
