Attachment 2 to Statement 1192 - The proposed amendments to proposal and implementation conditions include
• an increase to the development envelope by 0.015 ha (from 6.91ha to 6.925 ha)
• a change to condition 1 to amend Figure 1 that defines the development envelope location and maximum extent of the proposal
• a change to condition 3-4 to amend the timeframe by 30 days for which the temporary construction causeway must be removed from the river, from 1 May to 31 May. Change to statement approved under s. 45C on 17 March 2025.
