Change nominated proponent under Section 38(6a) of the Environmental Protection Act 1986

The purpose of these instructions is to assist a proponent who ceases to have responsibility for a proposal to advise the EPA of the person to whom which responsibility for the proposal will pass or has passed.

The attached form is for a proponent to meet the requirement to provide a written notice to the EPA under s. 38(6a).
