This proposal has been superseded by the Roy Hill Port Expansion Project.

Attachment 4 – The Minister for Environment has requested the EPA to inquire into the matter of changing the conditions relating to the proposal, pursuant to section 46 of the Environmental Protection Act 1986. This Notice of Interim Implementation Conditions is to have effect until such time as a statement is published under section 45(5) as applied by section 46(8) of the Environmental Protection Act 1986 - approved under section 46A on 10 April 2014.
