Annual Report 2003-2004
Summary: The Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) was established by Parliament to provide independent advice, and with the broad objective of protecting the State's environment. This role is undertaken by providing overarching environmental advice to the Minister for the Environment through the preparation of environmental protection policies and the assessment of development proposals, planning schemes and management plans, as well as providing public statements about matters of environmental importance. One of the avenues for public statements is this Annual Report.

Annual Report 2002-2003
