To zone unzoned land along Stirling Highway following modification of the Primary
Regional Road reservation and zoning to Urban under Metropolitan Region Scheme No.1210/41.
The City of Fremantle has initiated Amendment 75 to include Lot 200 within the White Gum Valley
Sub Area 6.3.2, Local Planning Area 6, to facilitate residential development up to an R60 density. Additional
Development requirements are proposed relating to density, sustainability, open space, trees and landscaping,

The City of Cockburn has initiated Amendment 136 to rationalise three Structure Plans within

The Shire of Dandaragan has initiated Amendment 37 to introduce management controls to ensure
land use and development within the Coastal Hazard Risk area is dealt with appropriately.
The Shire of Waroona has initiated Amendment 40 to provide exemptions for a single house and
associated structures on lots in the Rural Residential zone and where the use of the land is also in accordance
with the permitted uses in the Zoning Table.
