Amendment 83 proposes to introduce Additional Use for 'Motor Vehicle and Marine Sales
Premises' to Lots 2, 3, 31 and 32(Nos.7, 9,11 and 15) Teddington Road, Burswood. These lots are currently zoned 'Office/Residential'. The Scheme Maps will be modified accordingly.
Amendment 87 proposes to rezone land around the Meltham Train Station Precinct. It is proposed to insert Special Control Area 16, and within this rezone some areas of General Industry to Mixed Use, and some areas of Residential R25, R30, R40, R50 and General Industry to R60 and/or R80. The Scheme text and maps are proposed to be updated accordingly.
The City of Armadale proposesto apply zones and reservations to land adjacent to the Armadale railway station. The Amendment is in preparation for the future resumption of planning control from the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority over land currently within the Armadale Redevelopment Scheme 2.
Amendment 1361/57 proposes changes to various zones and reservations to match cadastral
boundaries, updates to reflect infrastructure and other alterations to ensure the MRS is up to date. This amendment contains 19 separate proposals in the Cities of Canning and Gosnells.
Amendment 1 proposesto amend the Scheme text to include 'Local Planning Policy' in Clause
32.4(5). This applies to development in Mixed Use, Local Centre and Neighbourhood Centre zones.
Amendment 13 proposes to amend the Scheme text to change the land use permissibility of
Trade Supplies' in the 'Mixed Business' zone to a 'discretionary' land use.

into Schedule 2 Additional Uses of Local Planning Scheme 17.
The Western Australian Planning Commission proposes to zone and reserve land located
within the Midland Railway Workshops Redevelopment Area and currently under the planning control of the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority. The amendment will facilitate the re-establishment of the Midland Railway Workshops Redevelopment Area into the Metropolitan Region Scheme.
The City of Fremantle proposes to rezone Lot 8 (Nos. 9-15) Quarry Street Fremantle from
'Residential' with a density coding of R25 to 'Mixed Use' with a density coding of R80, and to amend the density coding of Lots 1 and 2 (No. 7) Quarry Street (zoned 'Mixed Use') from RAC3 to R80. It is proposed to update Scheme text to include development provisions for the site.
Amendment 177 proposes to extend Additional Use across the whole of Lot 515 and Lot 21 Great Northern Highway, Midland and add 'Medical Centre' to the list of Additional Uses.
