The Shire of Halls Creek has initiated Local Planning Scheme 2 to align with the Planning and Development (Local Planning Scheme) Regulations 2015. No new development is proposed as a result of the Scheme. It proposes to apply zoning and reserve designations that align with the existing development tenure of landholdings within the Shire of Halls Creek.
Rezoning of the above lots from ‘Rural’ to ‘Special Rural’ to facilitate subdivision into 2 hectare lots.
The City of Nedlands proposes to zone the following lots to Special Use: Lot 12830, Lot 12829, Lot 11329, lot 10024 & Lot 9722 Bedbrook Place and lot 11605 Lemnos Street, Shenton Park, amend Schedule V – Special Use Zone, to facilitate office building developments.
