The Shire of Carnarvon has initiated Amendment 76 to delete provisions or amend provisions which are inconsistent with the deemed provisions of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015. Amendment 76 also seeks to update reference to State departments, legislation and regulations, and to correct errors, numbering and spelling mistakes.
