The amendment proposes to
• Allow the consideration of motor vehicle wash land use within the Local Centre Zone
• Modify scheme text within Part 4 - General development requirements to require improved landscaping outcomes within the land used for Commercial and Industrial purposes

The amendment proposes to rezone Lot 1100 California Crescent, South Yunderup from ‘Rural’ to ‘Special Use’, to update land use definitions, and to insert provisions for the Lot at Schedule 5 of the Local Planning Scheme. The proposed amendment seeks to rezone the North Fremantle Urban Precinct from Industrial zone to Urban Deferred zone and Parks and Recreation reservation.
