FORM: Application to Change Nominated Proponent under Section 38(6a) of the Environmental Protection Act 1986
Summary: To initiate a change of the nominated proponent for a proposal, this form (Post Assessment Form 1 - Application to Change Nominated Proponent) must be completed and submitted to the General Manager, Office of the Environmental Protection Authority prior to, or within 30 days of responsibility for the proposal passing to the person proposed to replace the proponent.
