The EPA will be formally assessing the following scheme amendment (no appeal rights).
1. Shire of Waroona TPS 7 Amendment 17: rezoning from ‘Rural 1 - General Farming' to ‘Rural 6 - Rural Residential', Lot 1 Southern Estuary Road, Lake Clifton.
2. EPA Discussion Paper: Managed Aquifer Recharge using Treated Wastewater on the Swan Coastal Plain. Available at www.epa.wa.gov.au. Public Forums to provide an opportunity for members of the public to learn about and raise issues related to managed aquifer recharge will be held from 6:30-10pm on:
Mon 16 May at Memorial Hall, Mosman Park;
Tues 17 May at AQWA Hillarys Boat Harbour;
Wed 18 May at Riverton Leisureplex;
Mon 23 May at Banksia Room, Wanneroo City Council;
Tues 24 May at Bibra Lake Function Centre;
Wed 25 May at Midland Town Hall.
