Summary: This report provides the Environmental Protection Authority’s advice and recommendations to the Minister for Environment on the proposal by CSBP Limited to expand its Kwinana Ammonium Nitrate Production Facility. The expansion includes the incorporation of additional components into the existing facility and re-engineering (debottlenecking) some existing components in order to increase ammonium nitrate production capacity from 520,000 tonnes per annum (tpa) to 936,000 tpa.
