Summary: The Environmental Protection Authority gives notice that the Environmental Impact Assessment Administrative Procedures 1993 issued on 17 December 1993 and Environmental Impact Assessment Administrative Procedures Amendment 1999 issued on 23 July 1999 are hereby revoked and replaced with the Environmental Impact Assessment (Part IV Division 1) Administrative Procedures 2002.
