Summary: The proposed Forest Management Plan 2014-2023 will be subject to formal Environmental Impact Assessment under Part IV of the
Environmental Protection Act 1986. The Conservation Commission of Western Australia submitted a Referral document to the EPA, who determined the proposal would be formally assessed at the level of a Public Environmental Review under the
Environmental Impact Assessment Procedures 2010. This environmental scoping document has been prepared in line with the requirements for this level of assessment.
