Summary: The Shire of Chapman Valley, the Responsible Authority, proposes to update its entire Local Planning Scheme and a list of the proposed changes can be found in Appendix 1. The Shire of Chapman Valley is located to the north of Geraldton. This assessment relates to only one of the proposed changes, being the proposed rezoning of Lots 3, 7 to 12, 15 to 17, 154, 156 and Street Number 1891 North West Coastal Highway, Buller from “General Farming” to “Development” zone.
