Summary: The Minister for Environment has requested the Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) to consider and provide advice under Section 46(6) of the Environmental Protection Act 1986 on the Department of Water's proposal to remove some criteria sites from the current environmental approval for the use of the Gnangara Mound Groundwater Resource and to rationalise other conditions and commitments of the approval.
