Summary: This report provides the advice and recommendations of the Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) to the Minister for the Environment on the environmental factors relevant to the proposal by Mt Barker Nominees Pty Ltd to undertake a housing development on Lot 1580 Warton Road, Southern River. This proposal would result in the taking of seven plants of the threatened flora species Caladenia huegelii and clearing of approximately 3.3 hectares of potential habitat for this species.
